1. Introduction

1.1  PRNV Services (“PRNV Services”, “PRNV”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a technology-enabled digital platform accessible at www.prnvservices.com and through its associated mobile applications, customer portals, and online services. This Platform Usage Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the principles, standards, and rules that govern how all persons access, browse, register on, and use the Platform.

1.2  PRNV Services is a technology-enabled intermediary and marketplace facilitator that connects independent service professionals, skilled technicians, and businesses with customers through a unified digital interface. PRNV Services is committed to safe and responsible platform usage, integrity and transparency, information security and privacy protection, ethical and lawful digital practices, fair and professional interactions, and responsible platform governance.

1.3  This Policy forms part of, and must be read together with, the other terms, policies, and notices published by PRNV Services, including its Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Standards, and Grievance Redressal Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and another published policy, the document dealing more specifically with the subject matter shall prevail for that subject matter.

1.4  By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.

2. Purpose of this Platform Usage Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to:

2.1  Establish clear, fair, and transparent rules for the responsible and lawful use of all platform services offered by PRNV Services;

2.2  Protect users, service professionals, business partners, visitors, systems, networks, data, and information assets associated with the Platform;

2.3  Promote integrity, professionalism, trust, and respectful conduct in all interactions facilitated through the Platform;

2.4  Safeguard the security, stability, availability, and integrity of the Platform and its underlying technology infrastructure;

2.5  Define prohibited activities and the consequences of non-compliance, including investigation, corrective action, and enforcement measures;

2.6  Set out the manner in which violations and security concerns may be reported, reviewed, investigated, and resolved; and

2.7  Support PRNV Services in meeting its obligations under applicable Indian laws and in cooperating with lawful investigations and regulatory requirements.

3. Scope and Applicability

3.1  This Policy applies to all digital platforms, products, features, and services operated, owned, or controlled by PRNV Services, including without limitation:

•       The PRNV Services website and any sub-domains or microsites;

•       PRNV Services mobile applications across all supported operating systems;

•       Customer portals, dashboards, and self-service interfaces;

•       User accounts, profiles, and professional listing pages;

•       Search, discovery, browsing, and listing-navigation features;

•       Messaging, notification, and communication features;

•       Reviews, ratings, and feedback systems;

•       Online services and interactive features;

•       Application programming interfaces (APIs) and integrated systems; and

•       Information systems, databases, and technology platforms supporting the foregoing.

3.2  This Policy applies to every person who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity, including customers, service professionals (technicians, skilled professionals, and listed businesses), business partners, registered and unregistered users, and general website visitors (collectively, “Users”).

3.3  This Policy applies whether the Platform is accessed through a personal computer, mobile device, tablet, application, API, or any other means, and whether access occurs from within or outside India, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Definitions

In this Policy, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

4.1  “Platform”  means, collectively, the PRNV Services website, mobile applications, customer portals, APIs, interactive features, information systems, and all related digital properties and online services operated by PRNV Services.

4.2  “User”  means any person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity, including customers, service professionals, business partners, and general visitors.

4.3  “Service Professional”  means any independent technician, skilled professional, vendor, or business entity that creates a listing, profile, or account on the Platform to advertise or offer services to customers.

4.4  “Customer”  means any User who accesses the Platform to search for, discover, contact, or engage Service Professionals or to use platform features for personal or business requirements.

4.5  “Account”  means a registered profile created on the Platform that enables a User to access account-specific features and functionality.

4.6  “Credentials”  means the username, password, one-time passwords, access tokens, security keys, and any other authentication information used to access an Account.

4.7  “User Content”  means any information, text, images, photographs, videos, listings, descriptions, reviews, ratings, feedback, messages, or other material submitted, uploaded, or transmitted by a User through the Platform.

4.8  “Personal Data”  has the meaning given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and refers to any data about an identifiable individual.

4.9  “Applicable Law”  means all laws, statutes, rules, regulations, and directions in force in the Republic of India that apply to the Platform, PRNV Services, or the Users, as amended from time to time.

4.10  “Platform Compliance Officer”  means the officer designated by PRNV Services to receive and address reports of violations, security concerns, and compliance matters under this Policy, whose details are set out in the Contact Information section.

4.11  “Prohibited Activity”  means any act, omission, or conduct described in Section 13 of this Policy or otherwise restricted under Applicable Law or the published policies of PRNV Services.

5. Nature of Platform Services

5.1  PRNV Services is a technology-enabled intermediary, listing, advertising, and marketplace-facilitation platform. The Platform provides a digital environment through which Service Professionals may list and advertise their services, and through which Customers may search for, discover, and connect with Service Professionals.

5.2  PRNV Services functions exclusively as a technology facilitator. The Platform does not itself perform, provide, supervise, direct, control, certify, guarantee, or undertake any underlying service offered or advertised by any Service Professional. All services are rendered solely by the relevant independent Service Professional in their own personal or professional capacity.

5.3  PRNV Services operates as an “intermediary” within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. PRNV Services is not an employer, contractor, agent, guarantor, or service provider in respect of the services listed or advertised on the Platform.

5.4  Any interaction, communication, negotiation, engagement, or arrangement between a Customer and a Service Professional is entered into directly between those parties. PRNV Services is not a party to such interactions and provides the Platform solely to facilitate discovery and connection.

5.5  The Platform is licensed to Users for access and use, and is not sold. PRNV Services grants each User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with this Policy and Applicable Law.

6. Eligibility to Use the Platform

6.1  To register for an Account or to use account-based features of the Platform, a User must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

6.2  Where a User accesses or uses the Platform on behalf of a business, firm, company, or other entity, that User represents and warrants that they are duly authorised to bind such entity to this Policy, and references to the User shall include that entity.

6.3  Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must ensure that such information remains accurate and up to date throughout the period of use.

6.4  PRNV Services may, at its reasonable discretion and in accordance with Applicable Law, decline registration, restrict eligibility, or require additional verification where it considers such action reasonably necessary to protect Users, the Platform, or the integrity of platform services.

6.5  Access to the Platform is not available to any person barred from receiving services under Applicable Law or to any User whose access has previously been terminated for a violation of this Policy, except with the prior written consent of PRNV Services.

7. User Registration and Account Responsibilities

7.1  Certain features of the Platform require registration and the creation of an Account. Users must complete the registration process honestly and provide truthful, accurate, and verifiable information.

7.2  Each User is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the information associated with their Account, including contact details, profile information, and any professional or business information displayed on a listing.

7.3  A User may not create an Account using false information, another person's identity, or details that the User is not authorised to use. Each User is responsible for all activity that occurs under their Account.

7.4  Accounts are personal to the registered User and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, shared, or otherwise made available to any third party without the prior written consent of PRNV Services.

7.5  Users must promptly update their Account information when any change occurs and must ensure that all communications sent to their registered contact details are monitored and acted upon as appropriate.

7.6  PRNV Services may require Users to verify their identity, contact details, or eligibility through reasonable verification measures. Any verification undertaken by PRNV Services is a limited-scope process and does not constitute certification, endorsement, or a guarantee of any User.

8. Account Security and Credential Management

8.1  Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their Credentials and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account at all times.

8.2  Users must:

(a)  choose strong, unique passwords and avoid reusing passwords across multiple services;

(b)  keep all Credentials, one-time passwords, and authentication codes strictly confidential and not disclose them to any other person;

(c)  enable and maintain any additional security features made available on the Platform, such as multi-factor authentication, where offered;

(d)  ensure that devices used to access the Platform are secure, protected, and free from malicious software; and

(e)  log out of shared or public devices after each session.

8.3  Users must promptly notify PRNV Services upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, their Account, any loss or theft of Credentials, or any other suspected breach of security, using the reporting channels set out in Section 19.

8.4  Until such notification is received and acted upon, the User shall remain responsible for all activity conducted through their Account. PRNV Services shall not be liable for any loss arising from a User's failure to safeguard their Credentials or to report a security incident promptly.

8.5  PRNV Services may, where it reasonably suspects that an Account has been compromised or is being misused, suspend or restrict access to that Account, require a credential reset, or take other protective measures, in order to safeguard the User, other Users, and the Platform.

9. Acceptable Use Principles

All use of the Platform must be guided by the following acceptable use principles. Users shall:

9.1  Use the Platform only for lawful, legitimate, and intended purposes, and in good faith;

9.2  Act honestly, accurately, and transparently in all listings, communications, reviews, and interactions;

9.3  Respect the rights, privacy, dignity, and safety of other Users and of PRNV Services personnel;

9.4  Refrain from any activity that compromises the security, stability, integrity, or availability of the Platform;

9.5  Comply with this Policy, all other applicable PRNV Services policies, and all Applicable Law; and

9.6  Avoid any conduct that could harm, mislead, defraud, or disadvantage other Users or that could damage the reputation or operation of the Platform.

10. Permitted Uses of the Platform

Subject to this Policy and Applicable Law, Users are permitted to:

10.1  Browse, search, and navigate publicly available listings and content for lawful personal or business purposes;

10.2  Register for an Account and create and maintain a profile or listing using accurate and authorised information;

10.3  Use search and discovery features to find and connect with Service Professionals or Customers;

10.4  Communicate with other Users through the Platform's messaging and communication features in a lawful and respectful manner;

10.5  Submit genuine reviews, ratings, and feedback based on first-hand and honest experience;

10.6  Use interactive features and online services for their intended functionality; and

10.7  Access integrated systems and APIs only where expressly authorised by PRNV Services and strictly in accordance with the applicable access terms.

11. User Responsibilities and Obligations

In addition to the obligations set out elsewhere in this Policy, every User shall:

11.1  Ensure that all information they provide is true, accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading;

11.2  Use the Platform in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by, any other person;

11.3  Take responsibility for their own conduct, communications, listings, and User Content, and for any consequences arising therefrom;

11.4  Independently exercise due care, diligence, and judgment before relying on any listing, communication, review, or information obtained through the Platform;

11.5  Comply with all Applicable Law in connection with their use of the Platform, including laws relating to information technology, consumer protection, data protection, taxation, and intellectual property;

11.6  Cooperate reasonably with PRNV Services in connection with any investigation into a reported violation or security concern, and provide accurate information when requested to do so in accordance with this Policy; and

11.7  Refrain from engaging in any Prohibited Activity described in Section 13 or otherwise restricted under Applicable Law.

12. Service Professional Responsibilities and Obligations

In addition to the responsibilities applicable to all Users, every Service Professional shall:

12.1  List and advertise only those services that they are lawfully entitled, qualified, and competent to offer, and maintain all licences, registrations, certifications, and authorisations required under Applicable Law for those services;

12.2  Ensure that all listing information, descriptions, qualifications, credentials, photographs, and representations are truthful, accurate, current, and not misleading;

12.3  Deal with Customers honestly, professionally, fairly, and respectfully, and respond to enquiries and communications in good faith;

12.4  Take sole and independent responsibility for the services they perform, including the manner, quality, safety, terms, timelines, and outcome of those services, which are determined solely by the Service Professional and not by PRNV Services;

12.5  Comply with all Applicable Law relevant to their profession, trade, or business, including any sector-specific regulatory requirements;

12.6  Not misrepresent any affiliation with, endorsement by, or certification from PRNV Services, and not suggest that PRNV Services guarantees or is responsible for the services they provide;

12.7  Maintain the confidentiality and proper use of any Customer information obtained through the Platform, and use such information only for the legitimate purpose for which it was shared; and

12.8  Promptly address, in good faith, any genuine complaint, dispute, or concern raised by a Customer in respect of services offered through the Platform.

13. Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

To protect Users, information assets, and the integrity of the Platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited. The categories below are illustrative and not exhaustive; any conduct of a similar nature, or any conduct that violates Applicable Law, is equally prohibited.

13.1  Unauthorized Access Attempts

Users shall not access, or attempt to access, any account, system, server, network, database, restricted area, or feature of the Platform without authorisation, including by probing, scanning, or testing for vulnerabilities, by exploiting any weakness, or by using another User's Credentials without permission.

13.2  Impersonation and Identity Misrepresentation

Users shall not impersonate any individual, business, or entity, falsely state or misrepresent their identity, age, affiliation, qualifications, or authorisation, or create or operate an Account using another person's identity or details without lawful authority.

13.3  Submission of False or Misleading Information

Users shall not submit, publish, or rely upon information that is false, inaccurate, deceptive, misleading, fabricated, or fraudulent, including in registrations, profiles, listings, reviews, communications, or any other User Content.

13.4  Fraudulent, Illegal, or Deceptive Activities

Users shall not use the Platform to engage in, facilitate, or promote any fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or dishonest activity, including any form of misrepresentation, forgery, identity fraud, sham transaction, or any scheme intended to deceive PRNV Services or any other User.

13.5  Harassment, Abuse, or Threatening Conduct

Users shall not harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, bully, stalk, defame, or discriminate against any other User or any PRNV Services personnel, and shall not engage in hate speech or any conduct that is offensive, obscene, or harmful, or that endangers the safety or dignity of any person.

13.6  Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Users shall not transmit spam, chain communications, bulk unsolicited messages, repetitive content, or any unsolicited commercial or promotional communications through the Platform's messaging, communication, or feedback features.

13.7  Uploading Harmful Code, Malware, or Malicious Content

Users shall not upload, transmit, distribute, or introduce any virus, worm, trojan, ransomware, spyware, malicious script, or other harmful code or content, or any material designed to disrupt, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or any system, network, or data.

13.8  Circumvention of Security Controls

Users shall not bypass, disable, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any security feature, access control, authentication mechanism, rate limit, technical limitation, or protective measure of the Platform, nor assist any other person in doing so.

13.9  Interference with Platform Operations or Performance

Users shall not interfere with, disrupt, overload, flood, or impair the operation, performance, stability, or availability of the Platform or its infrastructure, including through denial-of-service activity, excessive automated requests, or any other disruptive conduct.

13.10  Automated Data Collection, Scraping, or Unauthorized Monitoring

Users shall not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, bot, or other automated means to access, harvest, extract, index, copy, or monitor the Platform or its content, nor engage in any unauthorised data mining, data collection, or systematic retrieval of data, except where expressly authorised in writing by PRNV Services.

13.11  Unauthorized Commercial Exploitation of Platform Content

Users shall not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, frame, mirror, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Platform, its content, listings, or data, or use the Platform's content to build, train, or develop any competing product, database, dataset, or model, without the prior written consent of PRNV Services.

13.12  Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights

Users shall not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise use any content that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, design, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of PRNV Services or any third party, and shall not remove or alter any proprietary notice displayed on the Platform.

13.13  Unauthorized Disclosure of Confidential or Personal Information

Users shall not collect, store, use, publish, or disclose any confidential information or Personal Data of any other person without lawful authority or valid consent, and shall not engage in doxxing or any unauthorised processing of Personal Data obtained through the Platform.

13.14  Any Activity Violating Applicable Laws or Regulations

Users shall not use the Platform to engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that violates any Applicable Law or regulation, including laws relating to information technology, consumer protection, data protection, intellectual property, taxation, anti-money-laundering, and public order, or that otherwise exposes PRNV Services or any User to legal liability.

14. Content and Communication Standards

14.1  All User Content and all communications made through the Platform must be lawful, accurate, respectful, and relevant. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit, publish, or transmit.

14.2  Users shall not submit, publish, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable, or that endangers children or any vulnerable person.

14.3  Users shall not publish content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy or data-protection rights, contains false claims, or promotes illegal goods, services, or activities.

14.4  By submitting User Content, the User represents that they own or have the necessary rights to that content, and grants PRNV Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and use that content for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Platform, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

14.5  PRNV Services is not obligated to actively monitor User Content but reserves the right to review, moderate, restrict, refuse, or remove any content that, in its reasonable assessment, violates this Policy or Applicable Law, in a manner consistent with its role as an intermediary.

15. Reviews, Ratings, and Feedback Guidelines

15.1  Reviews, ratings, and feedback are intended to promote transparency, trust, and informed decision-making. They must reflect genuine, honest, and first-hand experience.

15.2  Users shall not submit or solicit fake, paid, incentivised, retaliatory, coerced, or malicious reviews or ratings, nor manipulate, distort, or artificially influence the reviews, ratings, or feedback associated with any User or listing.

15.3  Reviews and feedback must not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content, and must not disclose the confidential information or Personal Data of any person without authority.

15.4  PRNV Services may, in accordance with this Policy and Applicable Law, review, moderate, withhold, or remove any review, rating, or feedback that it reasonably believes to be false, manipulated, abusive, or in violation of this Policy, and may take corrective action against the responsible User.

16. Privacy and Information Protection Responsibilities

16.1  PRNV Services is committed to protecting the privacy and Personal Data of its Users and processes Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other Applicable Law.

16.2  Users shall respect the privacy of other Users and shall not collect, store, use, or disclose the Personal Data of any other person except with lawful authority or valid consent and only for legitimate and clearly identified purposes.

16.3  Service Professionals and other Users who receive Personal Data through the Platform must handle that data responsibly, securely, and lawfully, and must not retain or use it beyond the purpose for which it was provided.

16.4  Users must promptly report any suspected privacy breach, data leak, or unauthorised disclosure of Personal Data using the reporting channels set out in Section 19, so that appropriate measures may be taken in accordance with Applicable Law.

16.5  Detailed information regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, retention, and protection of Personal Data, and the rights available to individuals, is set out in the PRNV Services Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Policy by reference.

17. Security and Fraud Prevention Measures

17.1  PRNV Services maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational security measures designed to protect the Platform, its systems, and the information assets entrusted to it, consistent with applicable standards and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

17.2  PRNV Services maintains a low tolerance for fraud, abuse, and manipulation. It may deploy reasonable detection and prevention measures, including monitoring of platform activity, behavioural and security analytics, verification checks, and similar tools, to detect and prevent Prohibited Activities. By using the Platform, Users consent to such measures to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

17.3  Users must not interfere with, disable, or circumvent any security or fraud-prevention measure, and must cooperate reasonably with measures designed to protect the Platform and its Users.

17.4  Notwithstanding the measures described above, no information system can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. PRNV Services discharges its security obligations on a reasonable-care, best-effort basis and shall not be liable for incidents arising from sophisticated attacks beyond reasonable mitigation, third-party failures, User negligence, or events beyond its reasonable control.

18. Monitoring and Compliance Activities

18.1  PRNV Services may, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law and consistent with its role as an intermediary, monitor, review, and audit platform activity, communications, listings, and User Content where reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with this Policy, to protect Users and information assets, to maintain platform integrity, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

18.2  PRNV Services is not obligated to actively monitor all activity or content on the Platform, and the absence of monitoring in any particular instance shall not be construed as approval or endorsement of any conduct or content.

18.3  Monitoring and compliance activities are conducted in a fair, reasonable, and proportionate manner, with due regard to the privacy of Users and the requirements of Applicable Law, including applicable data-protection principles.

18.4  Users acknowledge and agree that PRNV Services may maintain operational, transaction, and security logs and records in connection with platform usage, and that such records may be used for security, compliance, investigation, and evidentiary purposes in accordance with Applicable Law.

19. Reporting Violations and Security Concerns

19.1  PRNV Services encourages Users to promptly report any suspected violation of this Policy, any Prohibited Activity, any security vulnerability, or any concern relating to unlawful content, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Platform.

19.2  Reports may be submitted to the Platform Compliance Officer using the contact details set out in the Contact Information section of this Policy, or through any reporting or grievance channel published by PRNV Services.

19.3  To enable effective review, a report should, where possible, include: (a) the name and contact details of the person making the report; (b) a clear description of the issue, conduct, or content concerned; (c) relevant dates, references, or identifiers; (d) any supporting information or evidence; and (e) a statement that the information provided is accurate to the best of the reporter's knowledge.

19.4  PRNV Services treats reports seriously and will review and respond to them in a fair and timely manner. PRNV Services discourages and may act upon reports that are knowingly false, frivolous, vexatious, or made in bad faith.

19.5  PRNV Services will handle the identity and information of a person making a good-faith report with appropriate care and confidentiality, to the extent consistent with the need to investigate and with Applicable Law.

20. Investigation and Review Procedures

20.1  Upon receiving a report or otherwise becoming aware of a suspected violation or security concern, PRNV Services may conduct a reasonable and proportionate review or investigation to establish the relevant facts.

20.2  An investigation may include reviewing relevant Account activity, communications, listings, content, logs, and records; requesting information or clarification from the Users concerned; and, where appropriate, engaging qualified internal or external specialists.

20.3  Users are expected to cooperate reasonably and honestly with any investigation, to provide accurate information and reasonable assistance when requested, and to refrain from concealing, destroying, or tampering with any relevant information or evidence.

20.4  Where reasonably necessary to protect Users, information assets, or platform integrity during an investigation, PRNV Services may apply interim measures, including temporary restriction or suspension of access, in accordance with Section 22.

20.5  Investigations will be conducted fairly, objectively, and with due regard to the rights of the Users involved and the requirements of Applicable Law. Affected Users may, where appropriate, be given an opportunity to provide an explanation before a final determination is made, except where immediate action is necessary.

21. Corrective Actions and Enforcement Measures

21.1  Where PRNV Services determines that this Policy or Applicable Law has been or is likely to be violated, it may take fair, reasonable, and proportionate corrective and enforcement action, having regard to the nature, seriousness, and frequency of the violation and the risk posed to Users and the Platform.

Such measures may include, without limitation:

(a)  issuing a warning, notice, or request for corrective action;

(b)  requiring the removal, correction, or modification of offending content, listings, or information;

(c)  restricting, limiting, or disabling access to certain features or functionality;

(d)  removing or withholding User Content, reviews, ratings, or listings;

(e)  requiring re-verification of identity or other information;

(f)  temporarily restricting or suspending the Account or access; and

(g)  terminating the Account or access in cases of serious or repeated violation, in accordance with Section 22.

21.2  Corrective and enforcement measures are without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to PRNV Services under this Policy, its other policies, or Applicable Law, including the right to recover losses and to pursue lawful civil or criminal remedies.

21.3  Affected Users may seek reconsideration of an enforcement decision by submitting a written request, together with any relevant information, to the Platform Compliance Officer. PRNV Services will consider such requests fairly and reasonably.

22. Temporary Restrictions, Suspension, or Termination of Access

22.1  PRNV Services may, where reasonably necessary to protect Users, information assets, platform integrity, or to comply with Applicable Law, temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate a User's access to the Platform or to specific features, with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances and the seriousness of the matter.

22.2  Immediate restriction, suspension, or termination may be applied where PRNV Services reasonably believes that continued access poses a risk of harm, fraud, security compromise, legal liability, or serious violation of this Policy.

22.3  Where circumstances reasonably permit, PRNV Services will endeavour to provide notice of, and the reasons for, a suspension or termination, and to indicate any steps a User may take to address the matter.

22.4  A User may discontinue use of the Platform or request closure of their Account at any time, subject to the completion of any pending obligations and to any retention requirements under Applicable Law.

22.5  Suspension or termination does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that accrued prior to it, and provisions of this Policy which by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to prohibited conduct, intellectual property, record preservation, and cooperation with authorities — shall continue to apply.

23. Preservation of Records and Evidence

23.1  PRNV Services may retain and preserve Account information, communications, logs, transaction records, content, and other relevant data for such period as is reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes, including security, compliance, dispute resolution, investigation, and legal and regulatory requirements, in accordance with Applicable Law.

23.2  Where a violation, dispute, investigation, legal proceeding, or regulatory request is reasonably anticipated or under way, PRNV Services may preserve relevant records and evidence for the duration reasonably required, notwithstanding any standard retention period.

23.3  Electronic records maintained by PRNV Services may constitute admissible electronic evidence in accordance with the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 and other Applicable Law.

23.4  Users shall not delete, alter, conceal, or tamper with any record, communication, or evidence that is or may be relevant to a violation, investigation, dispute, or legal proceeding.

24. Cooperation with Regulatory Authorities and Law Enforcement

24.1  PRNV Services is committed to lawful conduct and to cooperating with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and courts of competent jurisdiction in accordance with Applicable Law.

24.2  PRNV Services may disclose User information, records, communications, or other data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other competent authorities where required by Applicable Law, by valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect safety, enforce this Policy, or protect the rights, property, or security of PRNV Services, its Users, or the public.

24.3  Such disclosure will be made in a lawful and proportionate manner and, where appropriate and legally permissible, with due regard to the privacy of the Users concerned.

24.4  PRNV Services complies with applicable intermediary due-diligence obligations, including under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and will act on lawful directions, takedown notices, and requests in accordance with Applicable Law.

25. Third-Party Services and Integrations

25.1  The Platform may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, applications, services, tools, or systems. Such third-party services are provided for convenience and functionality and are operated by independent third parties not under the control of PRNV Services.

25.2  PRNV Services does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, security, or data-handling practices of any third-party service. Users access and use third-party services at their own discretion and risk, and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

25.3  Where APIs or integrated systems are made available, Users and developers must use them strictly in accordance with the applicable access terms, technical limitations, and security requirements, and must not use them to access, extract, or process data without authorisation.

25.4  PRNV Services shall not be liable for any act, omission, failure, breach, or loss attributable to a third-party service or integration operating outside its reasonable control.

26. Amendments and Updates

26.1  PRNV Services may amend, update, revise, or supplement this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, platform features, security practices, or business requirements, and as part of its commitment to the continuous improvement of platform governance and security.

26.2  The updated Policy will be published on the Platform with a revised effective or last-reviewed date. Where a change is material, PRNV Services will take reasonable steps to bring it to the attention of Users through appropriate means.

26.3  Continued access to or use of the Platform after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Users who do not agree with any amendment should discontinue use of the Platform.

26.4  Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of their rights and responsibilities when using the Platform.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

27.1  This Policy and any matter arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including, without limitation, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder (including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021), the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, each as applicable and as amended from time to time.

27.2  Subject to any applicable dispute-resolution mechanism published by PRNV Services, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the use of the Platform.

27.3  If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, if that is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
