14. Prohibited Activities

Without limiting any other provision of this Legal Notice, users must not, and must not attempt to or permit any other person to:

14.1 use the platforms for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive or malicious purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;

14.7 gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platforms, any account, server, network, database or system, or circumvent, disable or interfere with any security or authentication feature;

19.3 PRNV Services actively monitors its platforms for security purposes and may take such technical, operational and legal measures as it considers appropriate to detect, prevent and respond to security incidents, unauthorized access, fraud and other misuse.

19.4 PRNV Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, preserve and collect relevant records and evidence, and report any unauthorized access, security violation or fraudulent activity to the appropriate law-enforcement, cyber-crime and regulatory authorities, and to pursue all available legal remedies.

20. Limitation of Liability

20.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platforms, their content and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title or non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

20.2 PRNV Services operates as a technology-enabled listing, advertising and discovery platform that facilitates connections between customers and independent service professionals and technicians. PRNV Services is not a party to any arrangement, dealing, transaction or contract between users and service professionals, and does not provide the underlying services itself. PRNV Services does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, legality or outcome of any service provided by, or any conduct of, any service professional, technician, user or third party.

20.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRNV Services, together with its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platforms, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

20.4 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, PRNV Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) any reliance on information or content on the platforms; (b) any act, omission, conduct, default or service of any service professional, technician, user or third party; (c) any interruption, suspension, error, defect or unavailability of the platforms; (d) any unauthorized access to or alteration of data or communications; or (e) any event beyond the reasonable control of PRNV Services (force majeure).

22.2 Users are required to comply with all applicable laws while accessing and using the platforms, and must not use the platforms in any manner that would cause PRNV Services to be in breach of any law or regulation.

22.3 PRNV Services will cooperate with competent law-enforcement, cyber-crime and regulatory authorities and will comply with lawful directions, notices and orders issued under applicable law, including in relation to the preservation, disclosure or removal of information.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

23.1 This Legal Notice, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

23.2 Subject to any applicable law, the courts and tribunals at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, controversy or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Legal Notice and the use of the platforms, and all users irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and tribunals.
