• Refund policy: No refund applicable.

• GST Exemption: Most service providers operate under the GST limit, resulting in customers being exempted from paying GST for the services availed.
• Repeat Hiring: Customers have the flexibility to hire the same service provider multiple times, ensuring continuity and familiarity in service delivery.
• Choice and Bargaining: Unlike other companies, customers have the freedom to choose their preferred service provider and even negotiate prices. Additionally, they have the option to re-engage with the same service provider for future requirements.
• Refund policy: PRNV Services refund policy is NOT applicable for Service Providers.

Why Join as a Business Development Associate (BDA)?

'RECURRING INCOME' is one of the best advantages of the BDA plan. You can be a housewife, student, unemployed, marketing person, retired professional, or any other technician, joining as BDA and have the opportunity to earn a 'RECURRING INCOME' for a one-time effort.

For Example:
If a BDA introduces one service provider in a basic plan of Rs. 3000, the business development associate will get Rs. 300 (10% of the Service provider/technician's joining scheme) on joining as well as on renewals.

In case, the business development associate introduces 100 service providers in the basic plan then the BDA will get a monthly income of Rs. 30,000 (300X100).

Initially, this is pocket money but in the long run, the 'RECURRING INCOME' is a great income generator.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Commission: We do not take any commission from the service providers, except for the monthly fee as specified in the chosen subscription plan.
• Liability: The service provider is fully responsible for any damage caused during the work. PRNV Services does not accept any liability for such damages.
• Work Guarantee: After completing the work, the service provider must offer a one-week work guarantee to the customer.
• Customer Feedback: Customers must provide accurate details on the service profile page, including work start date, amount paid, ratings, and reviews. These details are essential for various processes and are mandatory to claim the one-week work guarantee.
• Compensation: To claim compensation for any work-related damages from the service provider (technician/professional), as per the agreement with PRNV Services; the customer must provide information on the total accepted work amount, work start and completion dates, total payment made, as well as ratings and reviews.
• Seniority and Renewal: Service providers' profiles in the searched category are displayed based on seniority, following a "first come, first serve" basis. Failure to renew the subscription plan on time will result in the loss of seniority benefits.
• Training and Knowledge: PRNV Services does not provide work training in the service provider's respective field. However, we offer operational (computer) knowledge support.
• Document Verification: Service providers are required to submit government-verified documents, including Aadhar Cards, PAN Cards, and others, along with two mobile referral numbers for authentication. Account activation will be completed within 24 hours.
• GST Responsibility: Individual service providers are responsible for complying with GST regulations according to applicable government rules.
• Renewal and Profile Accessibility: Service providers must renew their plans every 30 days. Failure to do so will result in the profile being inaccessible to customers.
• Plan Changes: Service providers can switch to a different plan (upgrade or degrade) anytime. The balance amount in case of a plan switch will only be adjusted and NOT refunded.
• Profile Management: Service providers have full access to their profile page and can make necessary changes as required.
• Pin Code Changes: During the renewal process, service providers can change their PIN codes. However, pin code changes are not allowed during an ongoing plan.
• YouTube Channel Exposure: The best work videos of service providers will be showcased on our YouTube channel to enhance their business prospects.
• Refund Policy: PRNV Services does NOT refund the subscription amount under any circumstances.
