PRNV Services (hereinafter referred to as "PRNV", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is a technology-enabled digital marketplace and intermediary platform operated by PRNV Services, having its registered office at Flat No. 301, Sai Manor Apartment, H. No. 7-1-621/10, Near Umesh Chandra Statue, IAS Quarters Lane, SR Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana — 500038, India, accessible at www.prnvservices.com.

PRNV Services functions exclusively as a digital advertising, listing, visibility, marketing, and promotional platform that facilitates connections and communications between users ("Customers") and independent service professionals, technicians, vendors, and business entities (collectively, "Service Professionals") across twenty-five (25) service categories and over three hundred (300) sub-categories throughout India.

This Disclaimer has been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 ("CPA"), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ("BNS"), and all other applicable Indian statutes, rules, regulations, and notifications in force from time to time.

2.  Purpose of This Disclaimer

The purpose of this Disclaimer is to clearly and transparently communicate to all visitors, registered users, Service Professionals, business partners, regulatory authorities, and any other persons accessing the PRNV Services platform the following essential matters:

2.1  The nature, scope, and limitations of the information and content published on the platform;

2.2  The intermediary and facilitation role of PRNV Services, which is distinct from the role of a service provider, contractor, employer, or agent;

2.3  The responsibilities of users in evaluating, verifying, and acting upon information available on the platform;

2.4  The limitations on PRNV's liability with respect to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information and the availability, continuity, or quality of services;

2.5  The legal rights and obligations of all parties interacting with the platform;

2.6  The applicable legal framework, governing law, and exclusive jurisdiction for all matters arising from use of the platform.

3.  Scope and Applicability

This Disclaimer applies to all digital platforms, services, interfaces, and content operated, maintained, or published by PRNV Services, including without limitation:

•          The official website accessible at www.prnvservices.com and all sub-domains or associated URLs;

•          All mobile applications developed and published by PRNV Services for Android, iOS, or other operating systems;

•          Customer portals, Service Professional portals, and any other registered user interfaces;

•          All online services, digital tools, booking systems, profile management systems, and dashboards accessible through the platform;

•          All electronic communications transmitted by PRNV Services through email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, or other digital communication channels;

•          All content, information, listings, profiles, advertisements, reviews, ratings, and data published, hosted, or displayed on any PRNV Services digital property.

This Disclaimer applies to all categories of users, including registered and unregistered visitors, Customers, Service Professionals, business partners, referral participants, and any other person or entity accessing or interacting with the PRNV Services platform in any capacity.

4.  General Information Disclaimer

4.1  All information, content, text, data, graphics, images, descriptions, service category details, and other materials published on the PRNV Services platform are provided strictly for general informational purposes only. Such information does not constitute professional advice, recommendations, endorsements, warranties, or representations of any kind.

4.2  PRNV Services makes reasonable and diligent efforts to ensure that information published on the platform is accurate, current, and complete at the time of publication. However, PRNV Services does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that any information on the platform is accurate, complete, up to date, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

4.3  Users are advised and strongly encouraged to independently verify any information obtained from the platform before relying upon or acting upon such information. Users bear sole responsibility for evaluating the accuracy and relevance of any information published on the platform and for exercising independent judgment before making any decision or taking any action.

4.4  PRNV Services shall not be responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information appearing on the platform, whether arising from technical causes, data transmission issues, third-party contributions, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of PRNV Services.

4.5  Information displayed on the platform may change without notice. PRNV Services reserves the right to modify, update, remove, or supplement any information at any time and without prior intimation to users.

5.  Platform Services Disclaimer

5.1  PRNV Services is an intermediary and marketplace facilitator within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. PRNV Services provides a technology-enabled digital platform that enables independent Service Professionals to list, advertise, and offer their services to Customers.

5.2  PRNV Services does not itself provide, perform, render, supervise, control, certify, endorse, guarantee, or undertake any end-service in any service category, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, technical, repair, beauty, education, real estate, transportation, food, or any other professional or trade service category listed on the platform.

5.3  All listings and profiles of Service Professionals on the PRNV Services platform constitute paid digital advertising content and self-declared information submitted by the respective Service Professional. The inclusion of any listing, profile, or advertisement on the platform does not constitute employment, endorsement, certification, verification, recommendation, or guarantee by PRNV Services of the quality, credentials, qualifications, safety standards, or reliability of any Service Professional.

5.4  All contracts for services are entered into directly and exclusively between the Customer and the Service Professional. PRNV Services is not a party to any such contract and assumes no obligations, responsibilities, or liabilities arising from or in connection with any service rendered or agreed to be rendered by any Service Professional to any Customer.

5.5  The rights, obligations, and liabilities arising from services rendered by a Service Professional rest exclusively with the relevant Service Professional and Customer under the contract between them and under applicable law. Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 vest against the individual Service Professional and not against PRNV Services.

6.  Accuracy of Information Disclaimer

6.1  PRNV Services makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and complete information on its platform. Notwithstanding such efforts, PRNV Services does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or availability of any information, data, content, or material displayed on the platform.

6.2  The platform displays self-declared information and content submitted by Service Professionals, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, certifications, licences, pricing, service offerings, portfolio materials, photographs, videos, and descriptions. PRNV Services does not independently verify, authenticate, or audit all such self-declared information and disclaims all liability in respect of its accuracy or completeness.

6.3  Indicative pricing, service rates, estimates, and ranges displayed on the platform are for general reference purposes only. Actual pricing is determined directly between the Customer and the Service Professional and may vary based on the nature and scope of work, site conditions, materials, applicable taxes, location, distance, and other factors. Users must independently confirm and agree upon final pricing with the Service Professional prior to commencement of any service.

6.4  Any estimated turnaround time, availability window, or service timeline displayed on the platform is indicative only. Actual availability and delivery timelines depend on the Service Professional, prevailing demand, logistics, weather, and other factors beyond the control of PRNV Services.

6.5  Technical errors, data synchronisation issues, human errors, or third-party data transmission failures may occasionally result in inaccuracies in information displayed on the platform. PRNV Services is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from such inaccuracies.

7.  No Professional Advice Disclaimer

7.1  Nothing on the PRNV Services platform shall be construed as professional advice of any nature, including but not limited to medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, engineering advice, architectural advice, or any other specialist or expert professional advice.

7.2  The listing of any medical professional, legal practitioner, financial advisor, chartered accountant, or other regulated professional on the platform is paid advertising and does not constitute a referral, recommendation, endorsement, or professional opinion by PRNV Services. Users seeking professional services in regulated domains must independently verify the credentials, qualifications, registrations, and licences of any professional through the relevant statutory body or regulatory authority.

7.3  In particular, PRNV Services provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. All medical professionals listed on the platform are independent practitioners who have subscribed to the platform for advertising purposes only. PRNV Services accepts no liability whatsoever for any medical decision, treatment outcome, adverse event, clinical error, malpractice claim, or patient harm arising from or in connection with any medical service arranged through the platform.

7.4  Users are advised to consult qualified, licensed, and registered professionals before making any decision that may have legal, medical, financial, technical, structural, or other significant implications. Reliance on general information published on the platform in place of professional advice is at the user's sole risk.

8.  Service Availability Disclaimer

8.1  PRNV Services endeavours to maintain continuous and uninterrupted availability of its digital platform. However, PRNV Services does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, errors, downtime, or service disruptions.

8.2  The availability and continuity of the platform may be affected by scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, infrastructure upgrades, server maintenance windows, third-party hosting or cloud provider issues, internet connectivity failures, power outages, natural disasters, acts of God, force majeure events, cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, or other factors beyond the reasonable control of PRNV Services.

8.3  PRNV Services reserves the right to suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue access to the platform or any feature thereof — temporarily or permanently — at any time, with or without prior notice to users. PRNV Services shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from any such suspension, restriction, modification, or discontinuance.

8.4  The availability of Service Professionals on the platform is determined by their independent listing status and is subject to change. PRNV Services does not guarantee that any specific Service Professional will be available, accessible, or responsive at any given time.

8.5  PRNV Services shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance or planned downtime where practicable, but shall not be obligated to do so in all cases.

9.  Third-Party Services and Links Disclaimer

9.1  The PRNV Services platform may incorporate, rely upon, or integrate with third-party services, technologies, APIs, software, systems, databases, payment gateways, communication service providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics platforms, mapping services, and other third-party tools and infrastructure (collectively, "Third-Party Services").

9.2  PRNV Services does not own, control, operate, or endorse any Third-Party Service. The availability, performance, accuracy, reliability, and security of Third-Party Services are beyond the control of PRNV Services, and PRNV Services shall not be liable for any disruption, failure, error, data breach, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with any Third-Party Service.

9.3  The platform may display hyperlinks, redirects, or references to third-party websites, resources, or services. Such links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. PRNV Services does not endorse, verify, or accept any responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, security, or legality of any third-party website or resource.

9.4  Users who choose to access third-party websites or services through links appearing on the PRNV Services platform do so entirely at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and disclaimers of the respective third parties.

9.5  Any transactions, communications, or dealings between a user and any third party, including any Service Professional, payment partner, logistics provider, or other third-party service provider, are solely between the user and such third party. PRNV Services shall not be a party to, responsible for, or liable in connection with any such transaction, communication, or dealing.

10.  User Responsibility Disclaimer

10.1  Users are solely and exclusively responsible for evaluating, verifying, and acting upon all information, listings, profiles, content, and materials available on the PRNV Services platform. Before engaging any Service Professional, users must independently verify the qualifications, credentials, licences, registrations, insurance, and suitability of the Service Professional for their specific requirements.

10.2  Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration and in all communications through the platform. PRNV Services shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by users.

10.3  Users must exercise independent judgment before making any decision based on information obtained from the platform. PRNV Services does not recommend, endorse, or vouch for any Service Professional, product, or service, and users must satisfy themselves as to the appropriateness of any engagement.

10.4  Users are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their premises, valuables, and personal belongings during the provision of any service arranged through the platform. PRNV Services shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm to persons or property occurring during or in connection with the provision of services by a Service Professional.

10.5  Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and obligations in their jurisdiction in connection with their use of the platform and engagement of services.

10.6  Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, misleading, or harmful purpose, and to report any such conduct encountered on the platform through the designated grievance mechanism.

11.  Service Request and Communication Disclaimer

11.1  The PRNV Services platform enables Customers to submit service requests, enquiries, and booking communications to Service Professionals through digital communication channels, including in-app messaging, email, telephone, and other electronic means. PRNV Services acts solely as a conduit for such communications and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any communication between users.

11.2  PRNV Services does not guarantee that any service request submitted through the platform will be accepted, confirmed, or fulfilled by any Service Professional. Responses, confirmations, and fulfilment are entirely at the discretion of the Service Professional.

11.3  All electronic communications transmitted through the platform are subject to the limitations, risks, and uncertainties inherent in electronic and digital communication systems, including potential delays, interception, alteration, or non-delivery. PRNV Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from communication failures, delays, or errors.

11.4  By using the platform, users consent to receiving communications, notifications, updates, alerts, and service-related messages from PRNV Services through electronic means, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages, in compliance with the IT Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023.

11.5  PRNV Services reserves the right to monitor, review, and moderate communications transmitted through its platform for compliance with its policies and applicable laws. Users should not transmit any confidential, sensitive, or privileged information through the platform's communication channels beyond what is reasonably necessary for the service request.

12.  Technology and System Availability Disclaimer

12.1  The PRNV Services platform is dependent on various technology systems, networks, infrastructure, software, hardware, and third-party integrations that may be subject to failures, interruptions, errors, bugs, maintenance downtimes, or performance degradations. PRNV Services does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or fully functional at all times.

12.2  PRNV Services shall not be liable for any loss of data, content, communications, transactions, or information resulting from system failures, technical errors, data corruption, server crashes, network interruptions, third-party API failures, or any other technological malfunction.

12.3  Scheduled and emergency maintenance activities may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. PRNV Services shall use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods and, where practicable, provide advance notice to users.

12.4  The platform's functionality may vary across different devices, browsers, operating systems, network conditions, and geographic locations. PRNV Services does not guarantee consistent or uniform performance across all access environments.

12.5  PRNV Services continuously invests in improving the technological capabilities and security infrastructure of its platform. However, no technology system is immune from risks, and users are advised to maintain independent backups of any important information submitted through the platform.

13.  Limitation of Liability

13.1  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, PRNV Services shall not be liable for: (a) any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury, or harm suffered by any user, Service Professional, or third party in connection with any service rendered or arranged through the platform; (b) any loss or damage arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information published on the platform; (c) any failure, error, or interruption of the platform, or any part thereof; (d) any unauthorized access to or alteration of user data, accounts, or communications; (e) any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data; (f) any claims arising from third-party services, content, or websites linked to or integrated with the platform.

13.2  To the maximum extent permissible under applicable Indian law, the aggregate liability of PRNV Services to any user, in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with the platform during any twelve (12) month period, shall not exceed the lower of: (a) the actual platform or advertising fees paid by the affected user to PRNV Services in the immediately preceding three (3) months; or (b) Indian Rupees Five Thousand (INR 5,000).

13.3  PRNV Services shall not be liable for any claims arising from: (a) actions, omissions, misconduct, negligence, fraud, or breach of contract by any Service Professional; (b) the quality, safety, fitness, or outcome of any service performed by any Service Professional; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, cyberattacks, or any other event beyond PRNV's reasonable control.

13.4  Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain categories of damages. In such jurisdictions, the liability of PRNV Services shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Disclaimer shall be construed to exclude or limit liability in circumstances where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

14.  Indemnification

14.1  By accessing or using the PRNV Services platform, you (whether as a Customer, Service Professional, business partner, or any other user) unconditionally agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PRNV Services, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, and technology partners from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, penalties, fines, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:

•          Your access to, use, or misuse of the PRNV Services platform or any content thereon;

•          Your violation or breach of any provision of this Disclaimer or any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;

•          Any services provided, offered, rendered, or agreed to be rendered by you as a Service Professional;

•          Any content, information, data, or materials submitted, published, or transmitted by you through the platform;

•          Any dispute between you and any other user, Service Professional, Customer, or third party;

•          Any fraud, misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or negligence on your part;

•          Any claims by regulatory authorities or third parties arising from your conduct on or through the platform.

14.2  PRNV Services reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with PRNV Services in the defence of such claims at your own cost. PRNV Services shall not settle any claim subject to your indemnification without your prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

15.  Intellectual Property Disclaimer

15.1  All intellectual property rights in and to the PRNV Services platform, including but not limited to the website, mobile applications, source code, software, design, user interface, databases, graphics, logos, trade marks, trade names, service marks, domain names, platform architecture, content compilations, text, images, and any other proprietary materials (collectively, "PRNV IP") are owned exclusively by or duly licensed to PRNV Services and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Patents Act, 1970, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all other applicable intellectual property laws of India and applicable international conventions.

15.2  No part of the PRNV Services platform or any PRNV IP may be reproduced, copied, adapted, translated, distributed, publicly displayed, transmitted, modified, reverse-engineered, disassembled, decompiled, scraped, or otherwise exploited — in whole or in part — without the prior express written permission of PRNV Services.

15.3  The PRNV Services name, logo, trade mark, and associated branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of PRNV Services. Unauthorised use of PRNV Services' trade marks, brand assets, or domain name in any form constitutes infringement and shall be subject to legal action under applicable law.

15.4  User-generated content, including reviews, ratings, photographs, testimonials, and feedback submitted by users through the platform, remains the intellectual property of the respective user. However, by submitting such content, users grant PRNV Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, and distribute such content on the platform and in connection with PRNV Services' promotional and operational activities.

15.5  PRNV Services respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, you are encouraged to notify PRNV Services in writing at grievance@prnvservices.com. PRNV Services shall investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

16.  Security and Data Transmission Disclaimer

16.1  PRNV Services implements commercially reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect user data and information transmitted through the platform, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and other applicable data protection laws.

16.2  Notwithstanding such security measures, users acknowledge that the transmission of information and data over the internet is inherently insecure and cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or confidential at all times. PRNV Services does not warrant or represent that the platform is free from unauthorised access, interception, cyberattacks, data breaches, malware, viruses, hacking, phishing, or other security threats.

16.3  Users transmit information and data to PRNV Services at their own risk. PRNV Services shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from: (a) unauthorised access to user accounts or data; (b) interception of communications during transmission; (c) malicious software or cyberattacks affecting user devices or data; (d) phishing or social engineering attacks; (e) any data security incident caused by factors beyond PRNV's reasonable control.

16.4  Users are advised to take appropriate precautions to protect their own devices, accounts, and credentials, including using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication where available, keeping software and security tools updated, and avoiding the use of unsecured or public network connections when accessing the platform.

16.5  PRNV Services shall use commercially reasonable efforts to detect, respond to, and mitigate security incidents in accordance with applicable law and its data protection policies. In the event of a data breach or security incident affecting user data, PRNV Services shall comply with the notification and reporting obligations prescribed under the DPDP Act, 2023 and other applicable regulations.

17.  External Website Disclaimer

17.1  The PRNV Services platform may contain hyperlinks, references, or redirects to external websites, online resources, social media platforms, third-party portals, and other digital destinations not owned, operated, controlled, or maintained by PRNV Services (collectively, "External Websites"). Such links are provided solely for the convenience of users and as general informational references.

17.2  PRNV Services does not endorse, verify, recommend, warrant, or accept any responsibility for the content, information, advertisements, products, services, privacy practices, security standards, data handling practices, or accuracy of any External Website. The inclusion of any link to an External Website does not imply approval, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by PRNV Services.

17.3  Users who access External Websites through links on the PRNV Services platform do so entirely at their own risk and are solely subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective External Website. PRNV Services shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of or reliance on any External Website.

17.4  The presence of a hyperlink to an External Website on the PRNV Services platform does not constitute a representation that the External Website is safe, secure, lawful, or compliant with any applicable laws or regulations. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any External Website before disclosing any personal, financial, or sensitive information.

18.  User-Generated Content Disclaimer

18.1  The PRNV Services platform may display user-generated content, including reviews, ratings, testimonials, feedback, photographs, videos, profile information, service descriptions, and other materials submitted by Customers, Service Professionals, or other users (collectively, "User Content").

18.2  PRNV Services does not verify, endorse, or vouch for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or authenticity of any User Content published on the platform. User Content represents the personal opinions and experiences of the submitting user and does not reflect the views, positions, or policies of PRNV Services.

18.3  Users are solely responsible for the User Content they submit, publish, or transmit through the platform, and represent and warrant that such content (a) is accurate and not misleading; (b) does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other right of any third party; (c) does not contain defamatory, abusive, obscene, offensive, threatening, or unlawful material; and (d) complies with all applicable laws and PRNV Services' content policies.

18.4  PRNV Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any User Content that violates applicable laws, PRNV Services' policies, community standards, or that PRNV Services considers harmful, inappropriate, false, or unlawful.

18.5  PRNV Services shall not be liable for any loss, damage, harm, or legal consequences arising from User Content published on the platform by any user. Users who are aggrieved by any User Content may report the same through PRNV Services' designated grievance mechanism.

19.  Updates and Modifications Disclaimer

19.1  PRNV Services reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, update, supplement, revise, withdraw, or replace this Disclaimer, or any part thereof, at any time and from time to time, at its sole and unfettered discretion, without prior notice to any user.

19.2  Any modifications to this Disclaimer shall take effect immediately upon publication of the revised version on the PRNV Services platform, unless a different effective date is specified. The date of the most recent revision shall be indicated at the top of this document.

19.3  Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this Disclaimer to remain informed of any updates or changes. Continued access to or use of the PRNV Services platform following the publication of any modification to this Disclaimer shall constitute unconditional acceptance of the modified Disclaimer.

19.4  PRNV Services also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, restrict, discontinue, or suspend any service, feature, tool, functionality, content, listing category, or aspect of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, and without any liability to any user.

19.5  PRNV Services may from time to time introduce new features, tools, or capabilities to the platform. Any such new features or capabilities shall be governed by this Disclaimer and any supplemental terms and conditions that PRNV Services may publish in connection therewith.

20.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction

20.1  This Disclaimer and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced under the laws of the Republic of India, including without limitation the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and all other applicable Indian statutes, rules, regulations, and notifications in force from time to time.

20.2  Subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in PRNV Services' Terms and Conditions (as published on the platform), the Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have sole, exclusive, and absolute jurisdiction over all disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer, the PRNV Services platform, or any services facilitated therethrough.

20.3  PRNV Services operates as an intermediary platform within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act, 2000. As an intermediary, PRNV Services complies with and shall continue to comply with all applicable obligations, guidelines, and requirements prescribed for intermediaries under Indian law, including the Intermediary Guidelines, 2021.

20.4  Disputes between users and Service Professionals arising from services arranged through the platform are civil matters between those parties. Where users initiate legal proceedings against PRNV Services, such proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

20.5  PRNV Services shall cooperate with all lawful requests from courts of competent jurisdiction, law enforcement authorities, statutory regulatory bodies, and government agencies as required by applicable Indian law.
